You will never replace the burners in this grill! Cast-stainless steel burners are the best on the market. Cast-Aluminum housing will not rust, however, cast aluminum will oxidize. Once the grill starts oxidizing you sand off all the oxidation and re-paint the grill with a HI-HEAT paint and the grill is as good as new.
